Stanrose Mafatlal Investments and Finance Limited, formerly known as Sandeep Holdings Limited, is a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) engaged in inter-corporate investments, financing, and capital market-related activities. It is part of the Stanrose Mafatlal Group, led by Shri Pradeep Rasesh Mafatlal. The company holds a controlling stake in the Group’s flagship entity, Standard Industries Limited, along with equity investments in several other blue-chip companies.

Established as a private limited company on April 17, 1980, it became a subsidiary of Mafatlal Industries Limited on October 17, 1980. After a preferential share offer to the members of Mafatlal Industries Limited, it ceased to be a subsidiary and gained independent public limited company status in 1981–82.

With a shareholder base of approximately 22,000, the company has consistently declared dividends and has announced three bonus issues to date. Its equity shares are listed on BSE Limited.
